Should You Join Amazing Wedding Receptions?

How often have you read inaccurate articles in bridal guides and magazines with wedding tips?  Sometimes the information is informative, but more often the advice is given by interns or journalists claiming to be "professionals" who've never worked a wedding, or even been a part of the planning process.

They certainly don't have your expertise.

There is a great deal of misinformation that couples have to slog through. Unfortunately, by the time they hire you and your years of experience, they have a lengthly list of pre-conceived notions of what the planning process should be.

Here's How You Can Help Poorly Informed Brides & Grooms

How much easier would our jobs be if brides and grooms were better informed from the beginning?

I have been in the industry for nearly 30 years. During the past few years I've been carefully observing the business of the wedding industry. My observations inspired me to create the simple concept behind Amazing Wedding Receptions:

  1. offer a way for couples to learn the truth behind wedding planning
  2. give couples the opportunity to get accurate advice from real wedding professionals in an honest, informative environment
  3. and, give them the tools to create their own "Amazing Wedding Reception"

Creating a Greater Relationship of Trust

AWR seal of approval

Amazing Wedding Receptions began with our seminar series, and now our two Web sites: Amazing Wedding Receptions and My Wedding Question.

We also have an AWR wedding mixer that begins in the morning with a 1 hour mini-seminar. Couples hear from a panel of speakers comprised of the area's best vendors. The information is truthful, informative, and applicable to any wedding. After the seminar, brides and grooms are given the opportunity to meet all of the AWR Certified Vendors.

Are You An Amazing Wedding Professional?

This could not come at a better time. Brides and grooms need compelling reasons to invest in one wedding professional over another. Amazing Wedding Professionals can

  1. point to the published ethical standards we all adhere to
  2. meet couples that come to our seminars, mixers, and our Web sites
  3. be part of the lead generation engine, MyWeddingQuestion.com
  4. have your own entry in the certified wedding professional directory, and
  5. be among other wedding professionals that take their work seriously
